HPLC
High-performance liquid chromatography: a separation technique that resolves a mixture into components, commonly with UV detection for peptides.
For peptides the reversed-phase mode with detection near 214 nm is standard, since the peptide bond absorbs there. Reported purity is a chromatographic area percentage.
