An observed mass or ion, not only “identity: conforms”.

The report date is contemporaneous with the lot being offered, not an old campaign PDF.
06Verification code
Resolves on the laboratory’s own lookup.
07Lot mapping
You can follow sample ID → lot → product without a gap.
08Contact information
A working public contact for documentation questions.
09Business address
A physical address the organisation publishes, not only a mail drop implied by a logo.
10Testing methodology
Technique, detection, and what the number is a percentage of.
11Documentation policy
When a COA exists, how it is retrieved, and what happens if it does not.
12Shipping policy
Stated storage and transit conditions. Not a quality rating.
13Research-use language consistency
Label, product page and ads point the same way. Inconsistency is a documentation fact.
